I’m Jen, and I’m so excited to finally bring this vision to life after months of planning, brainstorming, and laughing our way through countless ideas. Truthfully, this has been years in the making—years of wanting to share our stories, our lessons, and yes, our mistakes, to show you there’s always a better way.

Eric and I launched this podcast because, frankly, we’ve been there. We’ve lived the never-ending meeting marathons, the head-scratching processes, and the relentless grind that leaves you wondering if there’s any light at the end of the tunnel. Spoiler alert: there is. And we’re here to help you find it.

I’ve spent over 16 years turning chaos into clarity. Whether it’s leading a team through a major transformation, redesigning workflows, creating epic workshops, or convincing a group that they really don’t need that 3-hour meeting, I thrive on helping people get unstuck. I believe in breaking things down to their simplest form and helping teams see the path forward—with maybe a little caffeine-fueled encouragement along the way.

Eric

Eric is the strategist who can cut through the noise and focus on what really matters. He’s got a gift for asking the right questions at the right time, getting to the root of any problem, and crafting practical solutions that actually work. With years of experience in project management and process improvement, he’s the guy who will make you laugh while making your work life less ridiculous.

Why Uncomplicate This!?

For years, Eric and I found ourselves saying, “There’s got to be a better way.” Whether we were stuck in meetings that could’ve been emails, navigating workflows that seemed designed to confuse, or just trying to stay sane, we knew the frustration of spinning wheels and getting nowhere. So we decided to do something about it.

Uncomplicate This! was born from our shared belief that work doesn’t have to be soul-sucking. It doesn’t have to feel like a never-ending slog. There is a better way, and we’re here to help you find it.
